The CanogaView web browser based SNMP Smart Element Management software application makes it easier than ever for network managers to configure, monitor, troubleshoot and manage their Canoga Perkins networks. CanogaView is a standard feature for all Canoga Perkins manageable equipment.

CanogaView Smart Element Manager provides a color Graphical User Interface using realistic images that provide a true representation of the Canoga Perkins network. You can view local and, in many cases, remote equipment from a central location, increasing productivity and ensuring network uptime.

CanogaView Smart Element Manager can display the overall network or drill down to the circuit and device level to provide detailed configuration and status, including fault-monitoring features for status, LEDs, alarms, SNMP traps and local/remote diagnostics. Three level security restricts access to only authorized personnel. It also provides configuration information and integrates into the high level system manager HP OpenView. In addition, CanogaView software updates can be easily downloaded.

CanogaView Smart Element Manager - Standalone Version

The Standalone Version of CanogaView Smart Element Manager is installed with a restricted license with the following installation and access limitations:

Windows installation support only. UNIX support is available via the CanogaView Smart Element Manager Enterprise Version.
Single login session support as only one active login session is allowed at a time. The Enterprise Version has upgrade options for 10 seat and unlimited seat licensing.
Server platform access only as the client CanogaView Smart Element Manager applications must be executed from the same platform that the server software was installed. Remote web browser user interface support is provided in the Enterprise Version.
HP OpenView installation integration support is not supported. Installation options which integrate CanogaView Smart Element Manager with HP OpenView 6.1, are provided in the Enterprise Version.

CanogaView Smart Element Manager - Enterprise Version

The Enterprise Version of CanogaView Smart Element Manager is installed with a restricted one (1) seat license which limits its use to only one active login session at a time. Upgrade options for ten (10) seat and unlimited seat licensing are available.
